Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize business pages on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms
- Plan, schedule, and post engaging content (images, reels, captions, hashtags)
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience insights
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce compelling social content
- Improve brand awareness and audience engagement organically
What We’re Looking For
- Freshers who are smart, creative, and ready to use their brain wisely
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and how they work
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar (a plus, not mandatory)
- Strong sense of aesthetics, content timing, and social communication
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Must be serious, proactive, and committed to personal and team growth
Eligibility Criteria
- You must be ready to work from home full-time
- Must be okay with full-time WFH
- Must have any relevant degree/certification in digital marketing
- Must be a serious candidate who is open to learning and taking ownership
- Comfortable communicating in English
