About the Role
We are looking for a Google & Meta Ads Intern who has basic knowledge of paid advertising dashboards and a strong willingness to learn performance marketing. This internship is ideal for candidates who have completed training from a college or institute and want real-time hands-on experience in running and optimizing ad campaigns.
You will work closely with our ads specialists to manage campaigns, analyze performance, and support lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up campaigns on Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
- Understand campaign objectives, audience targeting & budgeting
- Monitor ad performance and daily metrics
- Support in keyword research & audience research
- Help optimize ads for better CTR, CPC & conversions
- Create basic ad copies & coordinate for creatives
- Generate campaign reports and performance insights
- Stay updated with ads trends and platform updates
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Google Ads & Meta Ads dashboards
- Must have completed training from college/institute (mandatory)
- Strong learning attitude & analytical mindset
- Good command of English (written & verbal) – Must
- Basic knowledge of campaign structure & ad formats
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
