We are looking for a highly skilled Google Ads & Meta Ads Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram to drive high-quality leads, increase brand visibility, and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Create compelling ad copies, creatives briefs, and A/B testing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Optimize campaigns daily for better CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust budgets, targeting, and creatives as needed.
- Track and measure results using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, GA4).
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ad creatives and landing pages are conversion-optimized.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in PPC advertising.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of PPC strategies, bidding models, and performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking, and Remarketing.
- Ability to create and analyze detailed reports.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to write engaging ad copy.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads / Meta Ads Certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in lead generation for healthcare or service-based businesses.
Work Details
- Salary Range: ₹10,000 to ₹16,000 per month (based on skills & experience).
- Job Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST.
- Work Schedule:
- 1st & 3rd Saturdays OFF
- All Sundays OFF
- Public holidays OFF
- Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH) opportunity.
