We are looking for a motivated Female HR Intern who wants to gain real-world HR experience in recruitment and talent management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition for various roles.
- Post job openings on LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with the hiring team.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Communicate with applicants via email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
Requirements
- Female candidate currently pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / HR / Management studies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
